What time does the Cruise Ship go to Chiang Rai from Bangkok?

You can go to Chiang Rai from Bangkok, by plane, by bus or by private car, but never with a Cruise Ship! There's no sea to cruise and no ship to travel there, because all you will have there are mountains and highlands and of course The Mae Kong River And Mae Nam Ping. NO SEA YET!!!
