Are there any scriptures that support women preachers/evangelists like Joyce Meyer?

It quite plainly tells women what their role is. We are to teach the children the ways of the Lord and to teach the young wives how to love their husbands. However, there have been two women who were thought of as fellow disciples by Paul. It is the last Chapter in Romans. One was named Phoebe and the other was Priscilla.
